If you wish to buy a domain name at the prices shown below, please contact us and we will register the name on your behalf. You must supply the following information: Name or business name, street address, phone number, and an email address.
We will send you an invoice via email once the name is registered. Please note there is no trial period for domain names, once bought they cannot be returned. When you buy/renew a domain name from us, we guarantee that the price will never increase at any time. If you buy a domain name and buy a webspace package from us at the same time, we offer a 10% discount on the domain name.

Webmail Service
This service is only available if you buy a domain name from us but do not use a webspace plan. Under this plan you cannot host a website on the domain name.
In addition to the domain name cost, for £8 per year ($20Aus) you get up to 10 webmail accounts with up to 20mb of storage each (i.e. 200mb in total). You can access your emails either by the webmail browser interface or by an email client such as Outlook.
Email forwarding
This service is only available if you buy a domain name from us but do not use a webspace plan.
Included in the domain name cost you can have email forwarding for up to 100 email addresses. To use this service you must have an existing email account for emails to be forwarded to.
Availability check
Please use our lookup script to the availability of these domain types: .co.uk, .org.uk, .net.uk, .me.uk, .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .cc, .uk.com, .uk.net and .name.
If you wish to check availability of other domian types, please email the sales desk.
Results from the lookup script are generally accurate, but we do not guarantee the result, check with us for certainty.
Transfers
Transfer-in - to transfer in a domain that you already have registered with another supplier:
- ask your current supplier to unlock the domain (they should not charge a fee for this)
- tell us the domain name and we will request the transfer on your behalf
- as part of the transfer you will need to renew the registration for a further 1 or 2 years, this time is added to the existing life of the domain. This is standard procedure and outside our control.
Transfer-out - to transfer a domain you have registered with us to another supplier:
- ask us to unlock the domain (we do not charge a fee)
- ask your new domain provider to complete the transfer request
Renewal
Your domain name will be automatically renewed 30 days before expiry. If you do not wish to renew then you must notify us 45 days before expiry.
